Our current hardware collection is crafted from solid brass. Chosen for its durability, weight and timeless appeal, solid brass is the material of choice for many architects, interior designers and discerning homeowners seeking designer-grade hardware.

All Affina Haus products are covered by a mechanical warranty, while finish warranties vary depending on the coating selected. Please refer to the Specifications section on each product page for finish-specific warranty periods and recommended applications. Unless otherwise specified, finishes other than Groël Powercoat are not recommended for exterior, high-traffic or wet environments. Using a finish outside its intended application may affect its lifespan and warranty, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Care
How do I clean my hardware?

Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items returned in their original packaging and resaleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Warranty Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Affina Haus product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. As warranty periods vary depending on the finish or coating selected, please refer to the Specifications section on each product page for full warranty details.
