Shipping policy

At Affina Haus, we ship curated door handles, cabinet handles, cabinet knobs, and home hardware within Australia and to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Affina Haus error, or the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at emily@affinahaus.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution.
