These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Affina Haus website, products and services. By accessing our website, placing an order or otherwise engaging with Affina Haus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

Affina Haus offers curated architectural hardware, fixtures and home accessories, including (but not limited to):
- Door hardware
- Cabinet handles
- Cabinet knobs
- Pull handles
- Home fixtures and fittings
- Curated collections and bundles
- Interior accessories
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update products, finishes, specifications, pricing or packaging at any time without notice.
4. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure all product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, pricing and imagery are accurate.
However:
- Colours may vary between devices and screens.
- Natural materials such as timber, marble, travertine, stone, brass and leather contain inherent variations that make each piece unique.
- Hand-finished products may differ slightly from product photography.
- Product images are intended as a guide only and may include styling items that are not included unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications carefully and ensuring products are suitable for their intended application before placing an order.
5. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated:
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices include GST where applicable.
- Shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout.
If a pricing error occurs, Affina Haus reserves the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch and provide a full refund.
6. Orders & Payment
Payment is required in full before an order is processed.
We accept payment methods available during checkout, including:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Other approved payment providers
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where:
- Products become unavailable;
- Pricing or listing errors occur;
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected; or
- We reasonably believe an order cannot be fulfilled.
Should this occur, any payment received will be refunded in full.
7. Product Availability & Lead Times
Some products are stocked within Australia, while others are sourced directly from Australian or international suppliers.
Estimated dispatch dates displayed on product pages are provided as guides only.
Manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, freight services, customs processing and other factors outside our control may affect dispatch and delivery timeframes.
Where your order contains products with different lead times, we may ship items separately.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Affina Haus is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Freight carriers
- Customs authorities
- Supplier manufacturing schedules
- Weather events
- Public holidays
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Installation
Affina Haus recommends that all products be installed by appropriately qualified tradespeople.
Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased products are suitable for their intended application before installation.
Products should be inspected upon delivery and prior to installation.
Affina Haus is not responsible for:
- Incorrect installation
- Installation or removal costs
- Damage caused during installation
- Compatibility with existing hardware where product specifications have not been confirmed before purchase
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
Eligible change-of-mind returns must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In their original packaging
- In saleable condition
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom, made-to-order, personalised and special-order products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Custom finishes
- Bespoke sizes
- Made-to-order products
- Special-order products
- Products manufactured specifically for your order
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
If a custom product is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, customers are entitled to repair, replacement or refund if a product experiences a major failure or otherwise fails to meet the applicable consumer guarantees.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered.
Warranty claims should be submitted promptly with:
- Proof of purchase
- Photographs of the issue
- A description of the fault
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect installation
- Improper maintenance
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Alterations or modifications
- Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products
14. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property appearing on this website is owned by or licensed to Affina Haus.
This includes:
- Logos
- Branding
- Product names
- Photography
- Product renders
- Graphics
- Website design
- Written content
- Downloadable material
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
